Abstract:
Sagnik Roy (Roy) has established himself as a successful entrepreneur in China -a market that analysts felt was very difficult to crack even for global multinational companies that had decades of experience behind them. Roy had managed to overcome cultural and social obstacles by blending in so well with the Chinese culture that the Chinese people had accepted him as one of their own, analysts felt. Today, Roy is not only considered a successful businessman but also as an expert in China-related affairs with many people approaching him for his advice on how to do business in China.
